Bruce,
According to a conversation with Robert McCann of Catellus Development Corporation, we would like to see some
documentation /contract between McMahon Contracting and the landscape contractor who is going repair the
landscaping and irrigation around the monument sign at Dividend Dr. and Freeport Parkway. If no deal has been
made with a landscape contractor, McMahon Contracting has until Tuesday, November 16, 1999 to come to an
agreement with a landscape contractor and provide documentation. Otherwise, Catellus is going to hire the
landscape contractor of their choice for the contract price of $15,796.00 which will be charged to McMahon
Contracting. Furthermore, please provide the change order documentation for the raising of the manhole lid and
the water valve stack at your earliest convenience. With the project completion date of November 13, 1999
approaching, it is our desire to complete this project as soon as possible. If you have any comments or questions,
please give me a call. Thanks.
