Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on October 26 for
construction observation. There has been no work observed since the last Progress Report
dated October 5, 1999. The storm manhole lids at STA 2 +43 and STA 9+09 — Line A
need to be "storm sewer" lids, not "water" lids. Chris Waddle with North Texas
Contracting stated that the water line has passed all of its tests. I need a copy of these test
results from North Texas. Chris also stated that the first sanitary sewer joint downstream
of the manhole at STA 5 +51 has dropped down slightly at the manhole. I will discuss
this with Garreth Campbell to determine if any action is required to fix the situation.
