The sanitary sewer manhole cover at STA 1 +14 and the 12" gate valve cover at STA 1 +00 near the monument
sign at Freeport Parkway and Dividend Dr. (see attached drawing) need to be raised to accommodate the
landscape mound. The exact amount the two items need to be raised will be given to you as soon as they are
made available to me by Catellus. Please inform North Texas Contracting about this change, so they can
schedule a crew for this week or next week. Please begin preparing the paperwork and pricing for change order
#1, so when the elevations have been determined, North Texas Contracting can proceed with this work
