Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on October 12 to discuss construction and
inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at approximately 11:00
am. During this time discussions about construction and inspection issues were held; however, not all
attendees were present for all discussions.

The dirt along the road alignment has been regraded to allow for the installation
of the pavement. The majority of the hole near the monument sign at Freeport
Parkway and Dividend Dr. has been filled in.
McMahon will begin the application of lime toward the end of next week.
Halff Associates, Inc. needs a copy of the water test results that were performed.
5.4 Coppell The contractor is ready to authorize the repair of the irrigation system and
landscaping near the monument sign. It is desired that the City of Coppell make
a determination about the potential sanitary sewer problem under Freeport
Parkway prior to the repair of the irrigation system and landscaping near the
monument sign.
5.5 North Texas The two storm sewer manhole lids need to have "storm sewer" not "water" on
the top.
5.6 info This project should be completed no later than Monday, Novemeber 8, 1999.
