Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on September 28 for
construction observation. There have been no changes made to the left turn lane area on
Freeport Parkway. The irrigation system and the landscaping near the monument sign at
the intersection of Freeport Parkway and Dividend Drive have not yet been repaired.
Backfill is needed immediately under the monument sign for support. Garreth and I still
need a copy of the original video inspection of the sanitary sewer from North Texas
Contracting that has already been performed. The storm manhole top at STA 9 +09 — Line
A needs to be a "storm sewer" top, not a "water" top. It appears that the utility contractor
has moved out.
