Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 3:30 pm on August 27 for construction
observation. The irrigation system and the landscaping near the monument sign at the
intersection of Freeport Parkway and Dividend Drive have not yet been repaired. The
entire storm sewer trunk main has been installed except the manholes. Approximately 2
joints of the storm sewer laterals on the north side of the main line have been installed.
Approximately one -third of the water main has been installed. The water line is being
backfilled with sand material then native material. Caution tape is being laid in the trench
within the native backfill layer. Bends, tees, and valves are being installed. They seem to
be bolted on correctly and wrapped in plastic. Erosion control methods (plywood) were
being used to block exposed RCPs at the end of the work day.
