Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 10:30 am on August 2 to discuss construction and
inspection issues. The meeting began approximately at 10:30 am and concluded at approximately 11:00
am. During this time discussions about construction and inspection issues were held; however, not all
attendees were present for all discussions.

1.1 info TU Electric will relocate the light pole in the median of Freeport Parkway on
Wednesday, August 4.
1.2 info Proctor test will be performed by Reed Engineering on Wednesday, August 4.
1.3 info Schedule: The utility contractor plans to begin construction on the sanitary
sewer on Wednesday, August 4 and hopes to be completed with the sewer on
Friday, August 6. The construction on the Ieft turn Iane will begin on Thursday,
August 5.
1.4 Contractor The sanitary manhole at STA. 1-x-14 will be moved approximately 5 ft. to the
south which will be least disruptive to existing landscape features around the
concrete sign. The contractor was instructed to make sure the new manhole and
sewer location still lies within the existing 15 ft. sewer easement. The contractor
stated that the sewer will be back on the original alignment before it crosses
under Dividend Dr.
1.5 Halff Halff will consult with Catellus to decide whether 3 existing trees in the median
of Freeport Parkway which will be affected by construction will be salvaged.
1.6 info Sanitary sewer pipe, crushed rock, and select backfiIl have arrived on site.
