Halff Associates arrived on site at approximately 8:00 am on July 30 for construction
observation. The top soil has been scraped and preliminary grading has occurred along
the road alignment. Excess material has been stockpiled on site. The site has been staked
for construction. A silt fence has been installed around the drop inlet at the northeast
corner of Freeport Parkway and Dividend Drive. The vegetation has been removed and
preliminary grading has been done in the median of Freeport Parkway for the left turn
lane.
