Halff Associates would like to schedule a bi- weekly on -site meeting at Dividend Drive in Coppell to discuss
construction, inspection, and schedule issues with all the parties listed above. I am proposing this meeting be at
10:30 am every other Tuesday beginning August 3, 1999. A representative from your office is requested to attend.
We can discuss the time and day for this reoccurring meeting on Tuesday if it is inconvenient; however, if you
cannot attend this Tueday, please let me know so I can reschedule it. If you have any questions, please give me a
