Attached to this memo please find a final draft of the Water Distribution System Master Plan
and a preliminary draft of the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for your review and
comment. A meeting has been scheduled for Monday, August 22, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss
the Capital Improvement Plan with Rady and Associates. This time schedule is necessary so that
the final Capital Improvement Plan can be compiled and processed by September 7th and
presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission at their September 15, 1994 meeting. This
timetable is necessary to keep us on an approval schedule for November 8, 1994 City Council
meeting.
