Re: Bethel School Road/Pelican Lane Drainage
Dear Mr. Doyle:
Mr. Steve Widner has indicated that he will not grant the 10'
easement necessary for the construction of the storm sewer
outfall on Lot 15.
He has indicated that he will work with us on granting a smaller
easement (6 or 7 feet) provided that the City pay for extending
the pipe to the rear of the property. It is estimated that this
will cost an additional $3,000-$4,000.
Please note that we did not extend the pipe to the rear of any of
the other properties, such as Mr. Bain's.
It is our understanding that Mr. Widner will contact you or Mr.
Ratliff regarding this matter. Until such time as this is
resolved, we have notified the Contractor "hold" construction of
the particular storm sewer outfall.
