RE: Construction of Barrier-Free Ramps

Dear Mr. Holmes:
There are two months remaining on the term of infrastructure maintenance bonds issued for the
referenced subdivision. In a letter dated December 20, 2004, you were requested to adhere to the
following conditions as a requirement of final acceptance:
1. The City will allow construction of the two interior ramps to be delayed until the homes are
built on those hvo lots.
2. The ramps adjacent to Deforest Road must be constructed before final acceptance of the
infrastructure portion of the project. This activity should take place so that the maintenance
bond will be in effect for those facilities during the 2-year bond period.
3. When the ramps for Lots 18 and 19 are to be constructed, please call this office for inspection
services.
4. "The ramps at the intersection of Stonewick Ln shall be constructed within the 2-year
maintenance period.
If any of the subject ramps have not been constructed, please make arrangements to finish such
construction at this time. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at your
convenience.
