RE: Walk thru for McDonald's
A walk -thru on the above referenced project was conducted on April 14, 1997
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Need extension on Value at Fire Meter on Beltline. I-
2. Need MLV and FHV marking on curb.
3. Need chimney seal in existing manhole.'–'
4. Need to Center lid on grease trap.'
7t Need to installd� port near M.H. L-�
6. Need gasket in F.H. nozzle`'
7. Both 1 1/2 meters need to have brass fitting between meter and double check.
8. Needs rock in both sets of meter can. Make sure cans are ground level.
9. Need bottom curb stops on both 1 1/2 meters.
10. Need Test report on fire check and both double checks.'
