Dear Gentlemen:
Enclosed for your files is one (1) set of executed Contract
Documents for the above referenced project.
You are hereby notified to commence work on the project on or
before July 17, 1989 and shall fully complete all of the work
within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Your completion
date is September 15, 1989.
The Contract Documents provide for an assessment in the sum of
$200.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date that the work remains incomplete.
