Dear Mr. Doyle:
Pursuant to your authorization, we have completed the work for
the above referenced project in accordance with the approved
consultant work order of May 22, 1989 (copy attached). As
indicated on the work order, testing and inspection was not
included. We anticipate no further work requiring funds from
this work order.
We prepared a separate work order to provide construction
administration, testing and inspection which was submitted on May
22, 1989. As of this point in time, we have not received an
approved work order for the inspection portion of the project.
We have included a duplicate copy of the original consultant work
order form. Should the City desire our firm to provide these
services, please have the form executed and returned to us at
your earliest convenience.
