Dear Ms. Bennett:
The City of Coppell has considered the proposal submitted by your
firm for the above referenced project. You are hereby notified
that your proposal has been accepted for the construction of the
base bid items for Site 1, Site 2, and Site 3 in the total amount
of $76,789.00.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Form of Agreement, Performance
Bond and Payment Bond. Please complete and execute these
documents and return them to our office. You are requested,
under the terms of the Instructions to Bidders, to execute the
agreement and furnish the required bonds and certificates of
insurance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this
notice of awa~d~~-~d~ anticipate issuing a "Notice to
Proceed" order ~~5~, 1989~
Upon receipt of thes~q~~s, we will have the agreement
executed by the City of Coppell and then issue a "Notice to
Proceed" order. Please sign below and return 2 copies to us
acknowledging receipt of this "Notice of Award".
