INTENT
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract
entered into by the City of Coppell and Buckelew Construction Company, dated
September 28, 1988.
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
Modify the design of the box culvert on sheet 5/7 between stations 0:36.93 to
1+90. Proposed box culvert will be modified to substitute a cast-in-place
design type SC-NC for the precast design C-850. Item 16, Reinforced Concrete
Single Box Culvert - C850, is deleted from the contract. Add item 16A,
Reinforced Concrete Single Box Culvert SC-NC, 3600 psi, to the contract
amount. The Contractor agrees to pump out the existing open channel
constructed to the west of this project when directed during the term of this
contract.
EFFECT OF CHANGES
The net effect of changes described should be a decrease in the total amount
of the..~ontract as follows:
