RE= North Kaye Street Drainage

This letter serves as a follow-up to the City staff's site
investigation regarding flooding problems along the north side of
Kaye Street lots. We appreciate your cooperation and pe£~ission
to let City staff walk through your backyards, and also taking
the time to discuss this matter with staff.
Although staff had talked to most of you, there were a few home
owners that were not available to be contacted in person. As you
may know, the above referenced item is placed on the August 14,
1990 City Council agenda. Staff's purpose of the site
investigation, on August 3, 4, and August 5, 1990, was to find
out whether or not the affected home owners would dedicate
necessary drainage easement (+-I0') to the City of Coppell. It
is our understanding that based on your verbal response, in
general, you are willing to dedicate such easement for
installation of an enclosed drainage system upon City Council's
approval of the work.
If you do not feel that you would like to dedicate the drainage
easement, please call Public Works at 462-8495 and let us know by
August 9, 1990 at 10=00 A.M.
