Petition to the City of Coppell and Geore:ian Place Estates HOA
We the residents and/or owners of property located adjacent Sandy Lake road in the
Georgian Place Estates Subdivision hereby sign this petition stating that we are not in
favor of and reject the proposal that a sidewalk be placed near the Northern Wall of
Georgian Places Estates along Sandy Lake Road. We request the sidewalk be placed a
minimum of20 Feet away from the Wall.
We request the City ofCoppell and Georgian Place Estates Home Owners Association to
respect our wishes and protect and defend our rights and property . We do not conveyor
transfer ownership or any rights for the purpose of installing a side walk that could
potentially cause discomfort. creates noise or other conditions which tend to disturb
the peace. Quiet. safety. comfort or serenity of our property.

From the DECLARATION OF COVE NTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS FOR GEORGIAN PLACE
Section 11.6 Ouiet Enioyment. Nothine: shall be done or maintained on any part
of a Lot which emits foul or obnoxious odors outside the Lot or creates noise or
other conditions which tend to disturb the peace. Quiet. safetv. comfort or serenity of
the occupants of other Lots. There shall not be maintained any plants or animals or
device or things of any sort whose activities or existence in any way is noxious,
daneerous. unsightly, unpleasant or of a nature as may diminish or destroy the
eniovment ofthe Property.
No noxious, illegal or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any portion
of the Property, which in the reasonable determination of the Board tends to cause
embarrassment, discomfort. annoyance or nuisance to persons usine the Common
Area or to the occupants of other Lots. No outside burning of trash or garbage shall
be permitted within the Property. No speaker, horn, whistle, bell or other sound
device, except alarm devices used exclusively for security purposes, shall be installed
or operated on any Lot. The use and discharge of firecrackers and other fireworks
is prohibited within the Property.
