Walk-thru Inspection Notice
Dear Mr. Smith:
Please be advised that a walk-thru inspection of the project is scheduled for Wednesday, January
31,2007 beginning at 9:00 a.m. (WEATHER PERMITTING) The following items will be covered
in detail:
1. Traffic control devices (excluding traffic signals);
2. Paving - asphalt, concrete and stamped concrete;
3. Driveways and trails;
4. Parkways I medians and stamped concrete;
5. Entry feature I monument sign;
6. Underground sleeve installation;
7. Segmental retaining wall installation;
8. Drainage including box culverts, RCP, inlets and junction boxes;
9. Onsite and offsite grading;
10. Water valves, fire hydrants and sanitary sewer installations;
11. Erosion control and erosion control devices;
12. Irrigation repairs and replacements;
13. All other pay items as outlined in the contract.
Please make sure subcontractors are available to walk the project and answer questions if needed.
