Pursuant to your May 9, 1989 memo directing us to prepare the
necessary documents to advertise and take bids on the above
referenced project, we have prepared 2 consultant work order
forms for your signature and authorization to proceed. The first
is for design and the second is for inspection and testing.
Prior to preparing the attached work authorization forms, we
researched our files and found no previous authorized consultant
work orders.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide professional
engineering services to the City of Coppell and will be ready to
begin the work immediately upon receipt of the executed
consultant work order form.
