Drainage Problems
Dear Mark:
The following chronologically outlines events pertaining to the above which
is of ol~vious concern to a number of property owners in the immediate proximity
of the problem. As is evident herein, the progress has been excessively slow
without appropriate justification. On behalf of the property owners I solicit
your involvement to expedite this serious matter "before something damaging
of epic consequence occurs" that would be of major embarrassment and resulting
in substantial costs to the City of Coppell.

July 12, 1988 Flood conditions; damaged landscape & interior of homes
Sept. 23, 1988 After telephone discussions, meeting held with City Engineer
and representatives.

schedule; advised that nothing has transpired - "waiting
for letter from another resident" - we requested that since
project funded, it should proceed!!
