Please ascertain the Consultant's cost. estimates for improvement to drainage on the
north side of Kaye Street. It is necessary to bring forward a recommendation to resolve
the drainage issue. All cost estimates should include the design, administration and
construction of work plus cost to acquire the necessary drainage easements.
