Re: Engineering Evaluations at Pelican and Bethel School Road
Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per your attached request and our telephone conversation
regarding the same on Dec. 16, 1988, we discussed that a "first
meeting" on this subject, scheduled sometime the week of Janua~
15, 198% might work best for both our schedules. This would
provide all those involved an opportunity to work on this
project, uninterrupted, from that time forward. /
On a related issue, when you meet with the City staff members,
please ask if ~blic Works can provide our office a set of
"Approved Construction" Plans or, "As-Builts" preferably, for
this project.
