As requested by your firm, the City of Coppell Engineering Department has
compiled a list of items which need to be addressed before a final acceptance
can be given on the above referenced project (see attached).
The walk through list contains information related to project field installation
of street paving, water, sanitary sewer, and landscaping and we would request
your written response addressing the completion items on Channel Pointe.
We would request that your written response addressing the project completion
activity on Channel Pointe by February 28, 1990
