Attached is a letter proposal from DeShazo, Starek & Tang for the
construction administration of the drainage facilities along Minyard
properties.
This firm has provided all of the design of the project and is the
most familiar and qualified to provide construction administration,
shop drawing reviews, materials testing reviews, and answer any
questions about the project durin~ the constmmtion phase.
We reconmend that this contract be approved.
