Russell, Dale and I 'h"ave a Standard Operating Procedure for review
of lots rhar abur or back creeks for drainage easements prior to
Building Inspections' issuance of a certificate of occupancy. This
consist of myself and a Building Inspector performing an on-site
evaluation of site grading and underbrush clearing, so the potential
resident can feasibly maintain these areas. Dale and I stated this
procedure approximately one year ago in an effort to resolve these
situations before resident occupies home.
