Dear Mr. Bain:
I have received your October 24, 1988 letter. You can be assured
that your concern is being addressed expeditiously, and with due
diligence. This is why I have kept you informed and notified you by
telephone, and with your requested letter.
Please note that Municipal Captial Improvement Programs and related
funding is not a simple and short process. Especially with
situations not before known nor identified etc.; such as the drainage
situation in your area; however, I assure you that we are sensitive
to your situation, and I will keep it high on the priority list.
However, as exhibited on the attached letter to the Park Board
Chairman, I must update you regarding the actual timing now
programmed to ascertain the availability of funds for projects that
could be under taken this year, which is by the end of the calendar
year.
I will continue to keep you informed at significant milestones of
this process. Thank you.
