Drainage Problems
Dear Russell:
We acknowledge receipt of yours of October 20 outlining
the process to remedy the problems with the stormwater
collection system on Bethel School Rd.
Although we realize this is not a budgeted item and an analysis
is required of existing funding, it must be addressed
expeditiously and with due diligence.
The time frame referred "mid to late November" appears
to be an extensive period for such a study. The citizens
in the referenced area are extremely concerned with the
problem and if there were a rain "causing flooding" the
situation would likely become extremely complicated and
compounded.
You and your colleagues are urged to expedite to have
scheduled on a City Council meeting agenda as early as
possible. Your assistance and cooperation is appreciated.
