Please accept the attached drawing for approval.
The following comments address the items (numbered the same) in your letter dated October
26, 1998.
1. All drawings are signed and sealed.
2. Right -of -ways widths have been shown.
3. The plans now include a separate drainage plan with a drainage map to scale.
4. Drainage plans show all proposed as "solid" lines and existing as "dashed
5. On the Paving Plan the following has been shown:
Heavy duty paving has been shaded.
Linear footage of curb removal has been shown.
Direction of traffic flow at drive -thru has been shown.
The "common access agreement" was submitted previously.
6. All data asked for has been shown on a separate Drainage Plan /Drainage Profiles.
7. On the Water Sanitary Sewer Sheet the following has been addressed:
A 20'x20' easement has been shown.
Proposed utilities are shown as "solid" and existing utilities are shown as "dashed
The percent grade has been shown on the sanitary sewer.
8. Note 9 on the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan provides for the detail of the `stabilized
construction entrance'.
9. A note has been added that concrete paving and lime stabilization must be in accordance
with the "City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance and Standards for Construciton".
