Dear Mr. Reeve:
I have received your letter of October 10th regarding the
sidewalks at Bethel School Pocket Park ( south side of
Woodhurst ) .
City staff is presently reviewing the status of all capital
improvement funds to ascertain availability of funds for
projects that could be undertaken this year. Our schedule
at the present time is to present this list of projects and
a status of available funds to the City Council by the end
of the calendar year. Depending on availability of funds,
the City Council will then determine which projects should
be funded and constructed this year. We have taken the
liberty of forwarding a copy of your letter to all the City
Council for their information and will make certain that
they have the opportunity to further consider this issue at
the time that they make their decision on the projects.
Please let us know if we can provide further clarification
as to our plan of action.
