TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE of OCCUPANCY
Please accept this letter as a request for a Temporary Certificate
of Occupancy for the above referenced project. It is understood
that a Final Certificate of Occupancy will be withheld until the
following items are completed:
1. Landscaping
2. Screenwall
3. Striping /Signage
4. Submittal of "As- Built" Plans
5. Submittal of Maintenance Bonds
6. Payment, or substantiation of previous payment, of
outstanding fees. (see attached letter)
7. Completion of Final Walk -Thru items from on site
meeting held on 9/10/91 as listed below:
a. Ensure all valves, cleanouts, manholes, grease trap
openings, etc. are clean and operable.
b. Repair broken curb on corner of parking space near
west dock area.
C. "Clean -up" inlet near northwest corner.
i. Grout chipped areas in face.
ii. Remove excess concrete on edges of inlet.
iii. Seal joints at north and south ends of inlet
where they join curb.
d. Remove areas of excess concrete from paving (2).
e. Stripe deceleration /acceleration lane.
f. "Dress -up" shoulders on deceleration /acceleration
lane.

g. Clean out valve stack in asphalt pavement of
deceleration lane.
h. Route, clean, tack and seal cracks in asphalt
pavement of deceleration land and also at concrete
pavement on east radius. Backf ill curb behind
radius.
i. Place wet grout to fill void beneath concrete pad
under fence at north property line of school
tract. Place two rows of sod on compacted soil on
south end of concrete pad to limit infiltration.
The above referenced items will be completed within 30 days of the
date of this letter.
