Dear M. Daneshmand:
I am transmitting a draft of a proposed revision to the development fee letter and list of fees
for Four Seasons which we have been discussing.
I am suggesting the following adjustments:
a) Delete reference to 5/17/91 date since this date has passed and
also had no specific impact anyway that 1 am aware of.
b) Delete reference to council approval of plat since this is
complete.
c) State that property is in fact in M. U.D. not described as "if in
M. U. D.
This format would be a little more simple and simplify our coordination with Four Seasons.
