Drainage Problems
P~rsuant to ou~ ~eeting of ~eptember ~, ~88 ~it~ you
Oaneshmand regarding the drainage problems, particularly at the
intersection of Bethel School Rd. and Falcon~ you have advised that this
matter will be directed for funding and respectively scheduled for the
City Council agenda.
As identified and noted in the meeting and referenced in our previous
telephone conversations concerning same, you are aware that the design of
the drainage system in this area (see attached) requires immediate
attention for re-evaluation and rework. The realism is that the system
<as currently designed) and installed does not adequately drain the volume
of water during "mid to heavy" rains.
As specifically referred, on July 12~ 1~88~ there were flood conditions in
the area similarly as experienced on Pelican. This is a matter of extreme
concern to the residents on the south side of Bethel School Road and we
respectfully request prompt attention to this matter. Please keep us
apprised of the appropriate process and schedule to remedy the problems.
