I reviewed the drawing and spoke with the Fire Marshal concerning the water layout and have the
following observations to offer:
1) The FDC and fire hydrant at the southwest comer of the south building should be relocated to be
near the fire line lead at the southeast comer of the same building;
2) Once the FDC and fire hydrant is relocated, a new fire hydrant will be needed near the west side of
the south building, possibly near the right of way of south Belt Line.
Once these changes are made, the utility issues associated with Coppell Heights Lots 9B & 9C should
be resolved. If you have any other questions let me know.
