As requested, I called Dale Jackson on July 6, 1990 in reference
to above, and he indicated that Fox & Jacobs would like to take a
look at the survey notes and they may (not definite) consider
resolving the drainage problem. Dale also indicated that he had
provided a cost estimate of under $10,000.00 to Fox & Jacobs for
fixing the drainage problem with construction of PVC, etc.
I will prepare a letter to Fox & Jacobs representative, Mr. Derek
Earle, and forward copies of the survey note to him and will
provide you a status report.
