Dear Mr. Alturk:
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has reviewed the plans and approved
your request for construction one 28 ft. wide access opening and a temporary construction
entrance to the north Royal Lane per your construction plans signed on December 14, 2006.
Attached is the approved "Permit to Construct Access Driveway Facilities on Highway Right
of Way", a copy of which should be kept on the construction site at all the times.
