Permit for the Convenience Store / Subway Restaurant, located at
1000 Royal Lane in the City of Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. Griffin,
Kaftan Consulting Services, LLC (KCS) understands that the issuance of an
early grading permit is solely a courtesy and without responsibility on the part of
the City of Coppell (City) for the convenience of KCS. KCS understands that the
complete site civil engineering construction plans have not been approved by the
City, and that such approval may result in changes to the grading plan. KCS
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, directors, and
employees from any and all costs, liabilities and or damages incurred as a result
of the issuance of the early grading permit, including any charges that may be
required as a result of the final civil engineering construction plan approval by
the City.
