RE: Kaye Street Drainage - North Side Survey
As a follow up to the Council meeting of June 26, 1990, where the
above referenced item was discussed, please contact Dale Jackson
in the Building Inspections Division to ascertain the status of
Fox & Jacobs's assistance in resolving this matter.
Dale has indicated that Fox & Jacobs will resolve tho problem by
constructing the necessary drainage system, which was discussed at
the Council meeting. Please coordinate this matter with Dale, Fox
& Jacobs and other City Staff that you feel should be involved.
An agenda item for the July 24, 1990 meeting needs to be prepared
to convey to Council what has been done and what will take place,
with a specific time schedule, in resolving this matter.
Please provide status by July 10, 1990.
