We, the undersigned citizens and taxpayers of
Coppell, hereDy petition the City of Coppell
to take immediate action to correct the serlous
lack of storm sewer ~rainaq~ on Pellcan Lane.
We feel that the lack of proper storm sewer
dralnage is a grossly negligent oversight and
error on the part of Doth the developer and the
city. This problem has Deen brought to the at-
tention of the city numerous times in the recent
past, and immediate action is now needed to
correct the problem before the residents of Pelican
Lane are further endangered.
