ments of this project, but actual total cost may be decreased or
increased depending on the actual amount of work done 9nd the actual
conditions encountered in the progress of the construction as dictated
by the contractor's schedule. In any case, we will simply bill on a
unit price basis in accordance with our 1986 contract With the City
of Coppell.
