Hi, Brandon. I got a call from the resident at this address regarding
a water line break at the meter. I wasn't sure who to contact with
Verizon but I had your contact info & thought I would start with you.
I looked through the FIOS hook -up permits for the time period the
resident states the problem began; there was work scheduled at 256
Alex
on 5/23 and 411 Alex on 5/25. Shortly after Verizon was in the area

the
resident noticed water & mud covering outside and inside the meter can.
She
also reports unusually high water bills since that time. (I don't
know
why we are just now hearing about it, however the report was made to
our
Water Billing Dept. & they transferred the call to me for a
resolution.)
If you know who should be contacted to make the repair to this
resident's water service, please forward this email. If you would
rather, you can reply to this email so I can contact the resident with
the correct person's contact info. If it is Verizon's practice to
contact the resident directly, please have the person responsible for
such issues call Trini Cuencas of 339 Alex Drive, Coppell TX. Her
number is 972 - 393 -1074.
