Complaints from Oakbend Subdivision Homeowners Association
Dear Mr. Caudill:
The City of Coppell has received complaints over the eourse of the construction of this project from
Mr. Jack Clark, a representative of the Oakbend subdivision homeowners. The information
detailing the complaints has been passed on to Tiseo Paving previously for resolution.
It has been my understanding from conversations with John Gay that all of these issues were
resolved, however, the City of Coppell recently received the following related complaints from the
HOA:
1. Unauthorized use of electricity from the power outlet located in the entry feature.
2. A damaged (chipped) column on the brick screen wall.
3. The loss of landscape plants in the entry feature due to irrigation damage and delay In
placement of irrigation meter with power.
Please deal directly with Mr. Clark to address these items in a timely manner as they will be part of
the project's punchlist and completion inspection. His mobile number is 214-762-5380. If you
