On this date I made telephone contact with .Mr. Ron Morrison with Kimley-Horn & Associates to discuss the field survey conducted by his fi~m on Kaye Street. ¥~. Morrison indicated the field survey was complete and the re?~.~:~t. was being written at this time and would be transmitted to cLty staff via facsimile on or befcre :{ay 31, 1990. Fm. Morrison outlined three se~ents of 'the reporu a]]c ..... follows: 1. The existing surface condition containing the surface drainage water is enhanced by the construction of drainage swales. Mr. Morrison indicated the swales were constructed by Fox Jacobs during subdivision construction and requi:::e to allow for proper drainage flow. 2.
