It is our understanding from the discussions with your office,
Bethel Road is included in the Capital Improvement Program far
which these Roadway Impact Fees are collected. w~.th payment of
these Raadway Impact Fees, our company will not be assessed. any
additional casts for imprQVements along Bethel Road.
