We ackuowledgc that some of the street grades on the above mentioned subdivision exceed the
maximum allowed by the City of Coppell subdivision ordinance as of date. We are proceeding
with the earthwork at our own risk should the revisions to the ordinance aot be approved
04!12!94.
If the piroposed street grades do not meet the city design standards after 04/lz/94. We will take
appropriate measures to insure our plans nxeet the city standards.
