Below you will find a compiled puchlist of items that need to be completed before the West Sandy
Lake Rood project can be finalized. This list was compiled over a period of several days the began
on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 and includes comments from several different reviewers. Please
either address these items in the field or provide written explanation as necessary. Each item shall be
checked by the appropriate City department and can be coordinated through Larry Davis. The
signal lights have not been inspected due to lock of completion.
1. Check As-Builts for second 6" valve at fire hydrant Royal/West Sandy Lake.
2. Paint all FH valve cops red and check marks on curbs. S...... Wrt...... I ,p.1tt.tJ ~ .
3. Paint all ML valve caps blue and check marks on curbs.
4. 944 W. sandy Lake straighten valve stack and check valve, mark, and paint.
5. Lock in hose nozzle in fire hydrant at corner of Freeport and Royal.
6. Clean or replace screens on the AirNac valves and paint tops blue.
7. Second FH east of Royal main valve on main needs extension.
8. Clean 4 each 1" domestic meter boxes (Branchwood, Oak Bend).
9. Adjust 1 each 1" meter box Coppell Rd.
10. Adjust 2 each irrigation meter box, paint lid blue, check backflow connection with brass not
copper.
11. Main line valve pad, Branchwood.
12. cut off PVC valve box at Church.
13. Clean last manhole on S. Royal.

17. Dirt in MH storm drain A-2, 6 and 51.
18. Repair lid A3-2.
19. Repair top of inlet C 1-7 - chipped.
20. Backfill around inlet C 1-3.
21. All conduitt sleeves need to be located and marked according to the appropriate details.
22. Cleanup the outfall for the multiple box culvert and provide sod.
23. All sod needs to be rolled and smoothed out.
24. Construction debris in the 4'x3' RCB at the outfall.
25. The disturbed area at Freeport needs to be sodded.
26. All disturbed areas need to be stabilized including both batch plant sites.
27. Add white buttons on HMAC transition at Freeport.
28. Provide response to test failures.
29. Provide letters from owners of irrigation systems that they are functional to their satisfaction. &ef1'W..
