The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the construction plans for
the referenced project. These plans meet our current minimum
requirements.
Prior to the start of construction, the following items should be
completed:
1) The issue concerning the impact fee for the water irrigation
tap near the intersection of Sandy Lake and Riverchase Drive
should be resolved. As per our conversation on June 26, 1992,
there is some question as to whether or not this line was
installed. My recommendation is to uncover the line and verify
that it was installed. You should have your contractor
coordinate this with Howard Pafford, Water Superintendent.
2) The inspection fee, in the amount of $7,112.16, should be paid
to the City of Coppell. Please forward the check to Mr. Alan
Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, and forward a copy of the
paid receipt to the Engineering Department.
3) A preconstruction conference should be scheduled.
If any of the above items have already been completed, please disregard.
