MEMORANDUM

RE: Walk-through Punchlist for Chataqua Place -
Water/Sanitary Sewer
This morning a walk-through was conducted on the above referenced
project by Utilities field personnel. The following items were
found deficient on this project.
1. Sta. 0+00 - Manhole ring needs regrouting
2. Bethel School and Harris -
The mainline valve stack needs replacing.
The fire hydrant valve stacks needs replacing.
3. Sta. 1+32.00 - Remove wood from under manhole ring and
regrout.
4. Bethel School Road -
Second fire hydrant valve - need to replace stack
5. The two main line valves in project - stacks need to be
replaced.
6. Sta. 5.44.46 - Need to reset cleanout and cut and plug
pipe.
7. Lot #4 - Needs new meter yoke
8. Lot #7 - Reset meter yoke and can
9. Main line valve on Harris - Need to replace stack.
Please insure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.

RE: Walk Through Chataqua 10/27/92
The following items were found to be deficient this morning during
our walk through of this project:
- Random crack at approach of Dakota cul-de-sac (in radius).
- Ponding at eyebrow.
- Seal block out at North approach onto Harris.
- Remove loose chips at saw joint and seal (old/new).
- Clean up dirt in street North end of approach and along
Harris - both sides.
- Replace curb North of inlet on West side of Harris.
- Seal inlet approach on West of Harris.
- Complete area drain in median section.
