1. Paint fire hydrant valve lid red at Garage "E" South side.
.2. Take unpainted valve lid at Bldg. #16 and place at Clubhouse fire hydrant valve box
leave unpainted, paint the valve lids at Bldg. #16 fire -red, domestic water -blue.
3. Install extensions on main valves (3) at Bldg. #16.
4. Repair leak at fire hydrant at South end of Bldg. # 14.
5. Install extensions on main valves at Bldg. #13 South East corner.
6. 1tistall extension on fire hydrant valve at Bldg. #10.
7, Install fire hydrant street marker at Bldg. #10.
8. Paint valve lid red at North East corner of Bldg. #2 in the Street.
9. Install extension on fire hydrant valve in front of the clubhouse, and leave this valve
lid unpainted.
10.Install extension on valve at the North end of Bldg. #18.
11.Locate valve box at North East corner of Bldg. 42.
12.Install extension on fire hydrant valve and paint red at Bldg. 419.
13.Continue the Routing of Cracks in the approaches and turn lane up the curbs and seal.
14. Install caps on the test ports on both main double checks.
15.13oth vaults pump out water and verify installation of stands or blocks under double
checks.
16. Divert water around both main vaults.
17. Rep] ace concrete meter box lid to Dare Care meter boxes.
18.Raise valve pad for City of Coppell fire hydrant at Bldg. 426.
19.Clean out irrigation meter boxes and install gravel in bottom.
20.Paint valve lids blue and fire hydrant valve lid red at City of Coppell fire hydrant at
Bldg. #26.
21.Remove existing City of Coppell clean out at Bldg. #20 and pour back City sidewalk.
22. Valve lid at Pattered concrete entry to be painted red.
23.Pour leave out at City sidewalk at main entry.
24.Install chimney seal at sanitary sewer manhole at Bldg. #3.
